Rules and Policies

 

PNW FUNZONE POLICIES

  1. Delivery, set-up, and pick-up of equipment is included in the price for deliveries within 10 miles of our location in Wenatchee. For deliveries outside of this radius, there is an added delivery fee based on event location.
  2. PNW FunZone usually requires 1-2 hours before your rental start time to set up equipment and 1-2 hours after your rental end time to pick up equipment, unless there is a need to do an earlier drop-off or later pick-up in order to fit in your event. The earliest drop-off time will be 9am, latest pick-up time will be 8pm except during fall/winter, Fall/Winter pick-up time will be 7pm.
  3. In order to secure your event date, there is a $50 retainer that will be returned to you once all equipment is picked up and inspected by PNW FunZone after your event.
  4. Cancellations 13 days or less before the event will result in the loss of the $50 retainer. 
  5. Please give PNW FunZone employees 6’ of space and do not allow children in the play space during set-up and pick-up of equipment.
  6. We require a clear pathway at least 3ft wide in order to bring in the dolly and equipment. If there are any trash cans, tables, chairs, etc. in the way of set-up, they will need to be moved by the renter before PNW FunZone's arrival.
  7. Please measure the area for set-up before PNW FunZone’s arrival to ensure enough space for your set-up. No refund will be given if there is not adequate space for the play zone to be set-up in a safe manner for children and the equipment.
  8. We require a flat surface that is dry and free of uneven grass, holes, rocks, debris, etc. in order for us to set up the rental equipment. If your rental will be on grass, please mow prior to the event in order to ensure a flat surface so the padded flooring does not buckle, which can be a tripping hazard for children.
  9. Weather: The soft play equipment is made of material that can become quite hot if in direct sunlight. If there will be excessive heat on the day of your rental, please have a shaded space provided, patio, etc, (canopy is included with your rental of soft play areas but not for bounce house ) for set-up. The rental equipment cannot be set up under trees/plants that have flowers or colorful droppings, as these can stain the equipment. No refund will be given if outdoor parties are unable to proceed due to lack of shade or due to space that is not permissible for set-up. We will not set up outside if it is raining or if there is a chance of rain. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your event, we will work with you to find a place inside to set up or, work with you to find another date for your event that is available. 
  10. For parks and event spaces, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the correct permits and permissions (if any) for your location. If we are unable to set up when we arrive, no refunds will be issued. When booking us for Park and event spaces, extra fees apply for parks and some event spaces for parking, extra set-up and pick-up time due to limited parking and location configurations, duck and tree droppings, highly saturated grass, extra cleaning, etc.  


PNW FUNZONE RULES

  

1. Play at your own risk.


2. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is collected in abnormal dirty condition, it will incur a $50 cleaning charge) 


3. NO shoes, sneakers, flip flops, or sandals allowed. Socks must be worn at all times. 


4. All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.). 


5. NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or SILLY STRING to be used either on or near the soft play area. (Please note these products will cause damage to the equipment that cannot be repaired) 


6. PNW FunZone isnot responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is lessee’s responsibility to tell Toddler Towns where equipment is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior too. 


7. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on safety gates is dangerous and must not be allowed. 


8. A responsible Adult (18 years or older) must always watch and supervise the soft play equipment and its participants. 


9. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. 


10. No pets, toys (other than soft balls) or sharp instruments in the soft play area at any time. Play at your own risk. 


11. Age restriction is enforced in the play area for the safety of all children. ONLY children age 5 and under are allowed in the play area. In addition, no uneven size difference of children using equipment and no more than the recommended number of children in the play area at any one time.


12. Soft play equipment must not be moved once it is set up all soft play equipment must remain inside the play area.


13. Please ensure that children are following the rules to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.
