Yes, we can! These spaces often require a special permit or provide them with a copy of our insurance or other paperwork. If the place of your even requires any information from us, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide the required proof of insurance or other paperwork. It is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the correct permits and permissions for your event location. Please check with the location first before booking with us to make sure we are allowed to set up.
If you do not secure the correct permissions and we are unable to set up when we arrive, NO REFUND will be issued. When hooking us for parks and event spaces extra fees may apply to parks and some event spaces to cover parking, extra set-up, and pick-up time due to limited parking and location configurations.
If the area of the park or event space in which you are conducting the event is wet, has animal dropping, excessive tree leaves, branches, etc or is not in debris-free conditions, we will not be able to set up. Please make sure you check the area before our arrival and clean up any debris.
Our Soft Play Playground is designed for children from 6 months old to 5 years old only. Age restriction is enforced in the play area for the safety of all children. In addition, no uneven size difference of children using equipment and no more than the recommended amount of children in the play area at any one time.
For events that include older children, we offer our Big Luxe FunZone some add-on options. Please check out our add on section for activities for children 5 & up.
Every piece of our equipment (including every ball from our ball pit, floor mats, gates, etc) is cleaned and sanitized before each event.
We use child-safe multi-surface cleaners that kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses.
You do not have to clean our soft play equipment, however, we do expect that you pick up all of the balls and place them back in the ball pit before our arrival. We also expect that no heavy soiling (wet or dry) occurs on or in the play area while in your possession. If the equipment is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, a $50 clean-up fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Equipment should not be used in any other way except for that which it is intended to ensure safety and prevent damage. If the equipment becomes soiled during your event we advise you to clean up with a damp soft cloth to keep it clean for children to continue using.
Any damage or stolen equipment will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement as deemed most appropriate by PNW FunZone and will become due immediately.
If any equipment is missing at the time of pick up, PNW FunZone will charge the person or organization the amount to replace the item(s). Receipts for the cost of missing equipment or repair of equipment will be given to paying customers to ensure a fair amount is being charged for the missing or damaged equipment.
We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal for both deposit and final payment. We do not accept checks.
Please note: We require a $50 retainer deposit to reserve your date. Balance is due 72 hrs before your event date.
Yes, we do all the work! Set up and take down are included in the package price.
We do not charge a delivery fee for local deliveries within 10 miles of Wenatchee. However, For deliveries outside of this radius, there is an added delivery fee based on event location.
Yes, adults are allowed to enter the soft play area (no shoes) but may not sit or play with the equipment. Adult (18 yrs or older) supervision is required at all times.
We know that the weather can be unpredictable sometimes. We will not set up outside if it is raining or if there is a chance of rain. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your event, we will work with you to find a place inside to set up or, work with you to find another date for your event that is available.
We require a security deposit of $50 to secure your event date (deposits do not count towards your package balance.) Balance is due 72 hrs before your event. At the time of pickup, PNW FunZone, will assess the condition of the equipment.
If the equipment is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, a $50 clean-up fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
If any equipment is damaged at the time of pick up, we will keep your security deposit plus charge the person or organization the additional cost of repair. If at the time of pick up, our equipment is in good condition and not abnormally dirty your deposit will be refunded in full 48 hrs after your event. We do not accept checks. Payments can be made in cash at the time of contract or via CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal.
Cancellations 13 days or less before the event will result in the loss of the $50 retainer.
In the case you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the event date and we will happily accommodate the new date as long as we have the availability.
